Jakarta – The 39th Anniversary of the Security Guard in 2019 at the central level, involved security guards in the Metro Jaya Regional Police, West Java Regional Police, and Banten Regional Police was successfully held at Sepolwan Field, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, Wednesday (22/1). The ceremony was led by the Chief Indonesian National Police Drs. Idham Azis, M.Si.
PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara (Nawakara) with Security Services Business Entity (BUJP) DKI Jakarta area, West Java area, and Banten area, also attended the event. Besides BUJP, there were also representatives from associations such as ABUJAPI, APSI, ASIM, APJATIN, and ATISI.
In the 39th anniversary of the security guard's, besides being attended by CEO of Nawakara Dino Hindarto, Investigation Dept. Head of Nawakara, Brigadier General Pol. (Purn) Sumartono, and GA & Procurement Div. Head of Nawakara Sakti Wahyudana, Nawakara also deployed 50 personnel from BKO and 10 personnel from RO Bandung.
Sakti Wahyudana said, security guard is a profession that is sometimes underestimated even though the security profession is as glorious as other professions. "We are all obliged to glorify the security guard profession by protecting the rights and obligations of security guards through a law that supports the security guard profession by setting national security guard wage standards, and a clear career path in his office," he said.
On this occasion, the Chief Indonesian National Police presented prizes to Nawakara and other BUJPs who won the competition. Nawakara won 3rd place on the Walking Race on the Team Category.
"We are proud of this achievement, considering that Nawakara never won a prize or award for a long time after participating in a competition to Anniversary of the Security Guard," Sakti said, who was also part of the 39th Anniversary of the Security Guard Committee in 2019.
Sakti added, he was also proud because on the 39th Anniversary of the Security Guard, Nawakara security officers were entrusted by the central committee to be involved as a ceremonial committee with their respective duties as Guest Receptionists, Tumpeng Holders, Prayer Readers, Jaipong fillers in the dance entertainment program, and Medical Team.
"We wish we are better prepared for the team to be deployed or included in every Security Guard Anniversary competition, such as routine training a month before the race starts or indeed we have to form a special team for annual events like this," he concluded.
