South Tangerang – Nawakara Training Center held the 24th Gada Madya training which will take place from 15-21 October 2021 at Padepokan Rajawali Nawakara, Bintaro, South Tangerang. This training was the fifth time held during the COVID-19 pandemic, which was attended by 35 participants from internal Nawakara from various projects.
Training Center Department Head Nawakara, Sutan Syaiful Haq said that with the training at Gada Madya, the person must become a strong, competent leader, and able to develop themselves in future projects.
“With the competency materials provided, among others, Reporting, TPTKP, Emergency Response, Basic Leadership, Basic Intel, Excellent Service, Basic Polmas. It is hoped that the participants can carry out Pam Swakarsa's duties better and develop their ability to solve problems in the workplace," said Sutan at the opening of the Gada Madya Training, Friday (15/10).
Becoming a Madya Mace is not simple. According to Sutan, the biggest responsibility for a Gada Madya certifier is his role as middle management, where in addition to being able to carry out field operations, he is also required to be able to manage teams, communicate with leaders, and make decisions.
The Head of Sub-Directorate for Security and Police Development at the Directorate of Binmas, Polda Metro Jaya, AKBP Jajang Hasan Basri was present on the occasion. In his speech, he said that this training is important to be carried out by security officers or security guards to form character and a sense of responsibility in carrying out police duties to maintain public security.
"We appreciate the training participants who have been willing to participate in improving their competence during this COVID-19 pandemic. Stay obedient to health protocols, be a professional leader, have high integrity and loyalty in carrying out daily tasks," said AKBP Jajang.
