Nawakara and Koramil 07/Cilandak Carry out Environmental Care Action

Jakarta – Commemorating National Waste Care Day (HPSN) 2021 Nawakara Jakarta Regional Office through the MRT Project Jakarta was collaborating with Koramil 07/Cilandak acted to care for the environment to clean up trash in residential areas and the environment around the Jakarta MRT Station, Cilandak, South Jakarta on February 15-16, 2021.
The Head of the Jakarta MRT Project, Iskandar Zulkarnain, explained that the environmental action carried out is part of the Nawakara social program routinely carried out every week by the Jakarta MRT Project. The program, which is called "Healthy Wednesday," has been running since 2020 until now.
"This action is not only to commemorate National Waste Care Day but also as a form of our consistency in implementing the Nawakara social program, which is manifested in the clean environment program. The activities that we carry out are highly appreciated by MRT Jakarta management. The MRT Jakarta management team occasionally participates in the Healthy Wednesday program that we are running," said Iskandar.
A total of 14 security personnel and 5 TNI members went down directly to the streets picking up the scattered rubbish. From Nawakara led by the Head of the Jakarta MRT Project, Iskandar Zulkarnain, while from Koramil 07/Cilandak led by Sergeant One (Sertu), Eriyanto.
"With this activity, we represent Nawakara and MRT Jakarta management to invite residents to jointly build a mindset of implementing a Clean and Healthy Living pattern by carrying out a clean environment program around the workplace and the environment in which they live," said Iskandar.
