Batang – PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara (Nawakara) through the Batang Power Plant Project (RO Surabaya) assisted 34 Quran Teachers in three villages, Kandeman District, Batang Regency, Central Java, Thursday (14/1). Assistance in the form of allowance was provided directly to 34 teachers in three separate locations by representatives of the Nawakara team.
The 34 Quran Teachers consist of 15 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers and Quran Education Park (TPQ) in Ujungnegoro Village, 7 TPQ teachers in Karanggeneng Village, and 12 TPQ teachers in Ponowareng Village.
Head of the Batang Power Plant Project, I Nengah Sugiarta, explained that the assistance provided was a form of appreciation for teachers around the Batang Power Plant Project. The teachers get paid every three months, therefore Nawakara assists in the form of an allowance to the teachers.
"The hope is that this assistance can increase the enthusiasm of teachers in teaching so that they can continue to produce a generation that is outstanding and useful for the nation and state," hoped I Nengah.
As the coordinator, Ustadz Tugiyo said that all the teachers would like to express their deepest gratitude to Nawakara, especially the Batang Power Plant Project Leader for helping and providing additional fortune to MI and TPQ teachers around the Project. "Hopefully this can become a field of worship for all members of the Nawakara Security Guard," he said.
