Gada Madya Training Participants are Expected to Become Middle Leaders in the Project

South Tangerang – The Nawakara Training Center has conducted the 21st Intermediate Gada training, which took place on 19-26 November 2020 at Padepokan Rajawali Nawakara, Bintaro, South Tangerang. This training is the second time held during the COVID-19 Pandemic, attended by 43 internal Nawakara personnel from various Nawakara Projects and Business Units.

Sutan Syaiful Haq, Training Center Department Head of Nawakara, said that with the training in Gada Madya, the person must become Middle Leaders who are tough, competent, and able to develop themselves in the future projects.

"By participating in the Gada Madya training, the participants are expected to be able to carry out their Pam Swakarsa duties better and to develop their ability to solve problems. The knowledge that is obtained should be put into practice well," said Sutan.

AKBP Jajang Hasan Basri, Head of Sub-Directorate for Security and Police Guidance of Dit Binmas Polda Metro Jaya, attended this occasion. In his remarks, he said that it is essential that this training be carried out by security personnel or security guards to form character and a sense of responsibility in carrying out police duties to maintain public security.

"We appreciate the training participants who have been willing to participate in improving their competence in a pandemic like this time. Hope all follow the applicable health protocol and focus on training," said AKBP Jajang Hasan Basri at the end of his remarks when opening Gada Madya, Thursday (19/11).
