Strategies in Preventing Future Crisis with Organisational Resilience

Jakarta – PT Nawakara Perkasa Nusantara (Nawakara) held "Nawakara Breakfast Club" in the Emerald Room, Fairmont Senayan Hotel, Jakarta, Wednesday (11/12). This event was held in order to become a forum for information exchange related to Security Industry development to Nawakara clients.
On this occasion, "Organisational Resilience" was brought up as a topic and presented by two speakers, Ramsay McAuley as Nawakara's Risk & Security Resilience Consultant and Nuruli Khaliq as Security Management Consultant from the MSc Organisational Resilience, members of ASIS & United Kingdom Security Institute.
In line with business development, companies are important to implement organisational resilience. If it is applied, the company is able to prepare strategies to prevent the emergence of potential future crises that will harm the company, and then turn the crisis into a source of competitive strategic opportunities.
There are three important points of Organisational Resilience, The first is Security Management, the second is Emergency Management, and the third is Business Continuity Management. From the three points, they are related and support each other to prepare strategies to face potential crises in the future.
It is with a big hope that through this activity, Nawakara can provide clients with an understanding of Organisations Resilience.
