Management Development Program
As one of talent management program in Nawakara Yearly People Development (NYPD), on the May 4th 2015 Management Development Program was opened with cooperation with Prasetia Mulya. the program was prepared for management level from head office, region and project, consisting of line managers, assistant managers and senior supervisor. Nawakara is committed to open vast opportunity for self development by providing various competencies, such as problem solving and decision making, business acumen, customer focus, POAC (planning, organizing, actuating and controlling), team building, etc. This development program was expected to create strength for each Nawakara management personnel to accomplish better performance in their function and optimize level of partnership with higher level management that previously have receive training through Middle Management Development Program.
