MMDP (Middle Management Development Program)
As a part of Nawakara Yearly People Development (NYPD), Nawakara commence an employee development program. Middle Management Development Program (MMDP) was conducted to elevate internal capability and as an answer to corporate needs for highly competent human resources with ability to deliver the best performance.
MMDP (Middle Management Development Program) was conducted in cooperation with one of the major management education institution in Indonesia Prasetia Mulya. Twenty-seven manager level employees attend management development program focusing on various management skill. This process expects managers to find a new paradigm in management world and develop strategic thinking.
